Hey, yes this is the one. It’s cute and everything but really small. Though it does fit above the shoulder it is extremely short, I don’t think it can be used as a shoulder bag. Thanks a lot.

The powder looked like some kind of bleach like sodium percarbonate, maybe (which is very gentle, natural, and safe to use even on bright colors)!
