Hello, I'm getting ready to start wegovy. 0.25mg dose. I'm 6 ft tall and weigh 245. I'm close to your age and wanted to see a "mans" journey as I am also a man. I hope I get some good insights into what I can expect based on your videos. I think the biggest tip I've read online is to let the medicine come to room temp before injecting to avoid stinging and also to inject into belly for maximum effect. Any other tips you would recommend??? Planning on watching all your vids today. Thanks.

Get a cheap adjustable at the right length, and it'll be much easier! Gives stabilization and a way to gage yourself as you move.

What if you use that with crutches

Are you sure that your crutches are fitted properly? A lot of people have them resting up in their arm pits. Look up a video about it just to be sure that you know you're doing it properly.

I only lasted three weeks. Felt like crap and just wanted to sleep all the time. I didn’t want to exercise or do anything. Glad I tried it but it’s not for me!

That is my thoughts exactly I'd rather be not as thin but happy with my life and myself. The side effects were not worth it, and not only did it affect me it affected people I was around. I'm glad I lost the weight but I will not be using it again!

I say good for you! I was completely blindsided by the side-effects, and had no idea how bad they would be. Today, I have eaten almost nothing, because I simply can't look at food. I've had to deal with vomiting and diarrhea too. And I feel miserable, just like you. It's also affecting the people around me. So this week's dose was my last, and I hope I never see the stuff again. My doctor wasn't exactly forthcoming with information on the side-effects, but I should have done more of my own research. I suppose I didn't because she seemed so supportive of my using it. I'd rather be a happy somewhat plump person, than be a miserable person with a dysfunctionning digestive system.

This is my story! I stopped taking it a week ago for the same reasons. My family begged me to get off it. I was miserable just like you. I did lose 27lbs so I’m off to a good start. We can do this!
