I understand you, I was like this for a while. However, being an anxious, depressed and paranoid guy sooner or later ends up leaving you alone, hurts your loved ones, destroys relationships and hurts those who care about you. Believe me, if you're in a bad place it's just a downturn in life that's getting ready to get better. These depressions have no age and can appear at any time in your life, it is normal. Sooner or later things will get better for you, it's a fact, and I'm not telling you like the typical cliché, I'm speaking to you from my experience. And if it's simply that you don't like yourself or your routine then you can do things to change if you want, exercise, study, perfect a skill, improve your communication skills or your behavior, among many other things. Until you're okay with yourself :) (If something is not understood it is because I do not speak English)

@@sanmi352 thanks for the feedback. but i think there was a missunderstanding, based on my oc. i dont mean depression. or simple sadness. i mean utter insanity. i adore people with this kind of mind. why? because i like to imagine, that those people, especially those who cant communicate their pain with us because the secion in the brain required for that is not functioning correctly, are yet sane and sentient inside, they are aware of their surrounding, selfreflected and know about their suffer. ofc not all of them, but many. they try and try, but still we cannot understand them. i picked the incorrect path tho. IT, not psychology. and i lack the drive and discipline to do as you suggested. i meet with people. guess that will do.. i planned a lot of hobbys, but none of them made it even to the drawing board. just sitting here workdays, and on weekend i meet with people. cycle repeats

@Dr_Doctor_Lee Oh I see, well, it is not necessary that something in the brain does not work (unless it is someone who does not understand emotions, I think in that case a little applies) but there are people who, due to trauma or bad experiences, do not They talk about themselves or find it too difficult to talk about it (Which, yes, is harmful and can drive you crazy if you overload yourself), now, if you talk about mental illnesses that is something totally different. I still don't really understand what you're trying to say but I think it's somewhere in there.
