🍇 Why I Love FRUIT for BREAKFAST!
I forgot to mention that eating raw fruits for breakfast saves time, money and energy! No need to cook, minimal clean up (or none at all), no use of appliances like toasters, microwaves or blenders which saves electric, fuel and money needed to pay for those utilities. Remember to compost your fruit scraps by returning them to the environment at the base of a tree or near other growing plants so the nutrients can go back into the soil and encourage more healthy plant growth! 🌱

    Is it safe to eat the skin? Most of the time i just cut it, twist it on the other cut side, would bite the husk out, keep it to grow a mango tree, and just scoop out the mango in the skin bowl with a spoon 😁

      Each variety of mango has different qualities of skin. Some of them are very good eating and they’re completely safe when grown organic!

    It's an acquired taste. First time it's horrible so just put your tongue on it. Next day or second time you'll be able to take a tiny bite but that's it. Then maybe the third time you'll want 2-3 bites. Eventually you'll absolutely want your 1 full noni every day and love it! Because it's so detoxing, your body telling you it can't handle too much at first.

    • @EarthFarm9
      @EarthFarm9 2 дні тому

      The noni plant growing at our old property (as seen in this video) was a cultivar that tasted much much better than most noni we’ve tried. It didn’t have any steeping into. It was awesome! Just like cheese!

    What i love about namwah bananas, aside from the fruit, are how sturdy the plants are. The trunks are super strong and can definitely handle high winds and the heavy weight of the raceme much better than many other varieties.

    It’s very tricky to pick these ripe you have to smell a peach sweetness while still on the tree to know it’s ready. Then from there you let it ripen in the counter for 2-3 days then you have yourself a great top 10 mango peach cobbler. This was a one off!
