Williams, Please tell your Son to properly fold the cloth and place it out of view, He starting to slack off again, As of Lately, I have noticed he's been folding the cloth poorly and kind of just stuffing it in the casket leaving part of it bunched up for all to see while closing the lid. It doesn't look right to the family and doesn't need to placed between both lids. Out of view is highly recommended. Thank you.

I couldn't understand I why I kept getting these videos from J W Williams funeral home. I work with terminally ill people and was looking at certain educational videos. Now I know why...you do beautiful work for loved ones as well as your services ❤. Prayers to the families 😢😢
