7 year old gets his first good buck! Awesome video with lots of deer and turkeys! B3 Destrukt

Luke and I prepare for his second ever deer season in an attempt to get him his first good buck. Luke has worked really hard on his shooting, and it paid off! Luke used a B3 Destrukt 3 blade, and the deer ran 30 yards and died. We are very proud of him and the outdoorsman he has become.

Building Easton Superdrive 27s for indoor archery. Arrow build and bareshaft tune.
Переглядів 9403 місяці тому
Hey guys, this is a lengthy, in depth, video on how I take my Superdrive 27s and turn them into competition arrows. With my indoor arrows, I do this by adjusting the length of the arrow or the point weight. To start off, your bow will need to be in time and have a good center shot. Easton arrows make this process easy because their arrows are so consistent and high quality. This process is only...

Enjoyed watching your videos!
Great job man!
Great video🤘
Are you hunting in Arkansas?
@@MyDash71 yes sir
So sick bro🤘 could you do a review with your honest opinion about the concept? And what you are using it for?
@@earlofcockwood1988 for sure!
Sorry to bother you. I tried your process. Cam timing is good, center shot good, arrow is 90 degree s to the string. I shot through paper and got a nock low tear 3/8 long, 3/16 left. What's your opinion. To stiff?
@ricksteves2309 a left tear can mean that the arrow is too stiff. There is also a number of form related issues that could result in a left or right tear. You can use a longer arrow or more point weight and see if that helps. As for the low tear, if the weaker spine arrow doesn't clean that up there is nothing wrong with bumping your rest down or your nocking point up to clean it up.
@Codybarnett23 ok. I will try more point weight. Thank you
Moi aussi je fâche j'ai le même âge que ton fils fait 9 ans je cherche avec ma sœur mon papy mon frère ton
Cody did you cut the nock end to square off the shaft or do you just square it off without cutting? Thanks for your time and video.
@@ricksteves2309 i did not cut the nock end. Just make sure it's square and rock on. I have never had issues with eastons not being square.
Very nice! Congrats!
Awesome man
Body mount that deer!
What you're bow squeaks really loud like opening a barn door. And then nothing. Nice footage
@2FROGGY4U i don't have felt on my rest lol. It's not near as loud as it sounds. I was drawing right over the top of my phone lol
@Codybarnett23 sorry man I was just disappointed the shot got cut out. 😂😂
@2FROGGY4U go watch the full video on my channel!!
Great job man!! And great deer!!
Im not e vegetarian but why do you kill tue deers i know nothing about hunting season and that so please tell me everybody
@@Harry-zc7kh we eat them
@ ohhh thank you for telling me.
Good job😊
Good job dude
Thanks!
That’s a memory they will never forget. Greatness at its finest.
( Non ) Pro tip, but 100 % accurate, if you stage a log directly North/South of your blind, and pour your corn on both sides of that log, you'll certainly increase your chances of a broadside shot because deer wont straddle the log. They're gonna stand on either side of it presenting you with that shot you're looking for. Thanks for bringing us along !
@@Lentuttle i was thinking the same thing!
@@Codybarnett23 Yessir, tried and true.
I have a crossbow to
Great Job
Excellent job Dad!! And what a Great shot!! Memory and lesson of a lifetime!! Great video!
THIS IS PRICELESS!!!! This is what raising kids to enjoy and appreciate the beauty and bounty of hunting and being outdoors. God is Good all the time!!! WAY TO GO CODY & SHAUN- yall are great parents!!
Great shot congratulations
good job dad! He will remember that for a lifetime
That's beautiful video it's worth it to watch video like that one .congratulation
I remember hunting with my kids when they were little. Some of the best times of my life. Keep up the memories and God bless.
thanks for the walkthrough and showing how to tune with arrow length. I just picked up Ps27's to build, will definitely use this method.
That's great! Goodluck, I ended up making a small left and right adjustment after shooting these arrows for a few days. But this is a great starting point!
Thought you always wanted your sight to chase the arrow and rest to go opposite of the arrow?
Hey good question. What we are doing in the scenario is moving our field points towards our broadheads. That's why we move the rest towards the broadhead when adjusting left and right.
Congratulations to you both and great job on the video! Mine are 16, 22, 24, and 27 now. Nothing quite like their first one. Great job.
Good job dad.
Awesome video! I guarantee that young man will never forget this hunt, no prouder moment for a father than watching their son harvest their first buck.
Over the years I’ve seen so many that can’t get this done. And I’ve seen more than few that actually think if they screw on a mechanical head it will hit like the field point. I believe it’s pure laziness most of the time. Beyond amazing to me that people think that way. Those are the same ones that will blame a poor hit or miss on anything but themselves. Cool video.👍👍
😂 Easton "built" the arrows dude
Nice tutorial, short and to the point with good illustration because you can shoot.
Looks like down here when 4:00am curfew lifts for duck hunting. First one to the hole gets it.
Far from blowing by the mud motor
I would call it gradually passing a mud motor
racing boats at night is kinda dumb.
🤓
Ur no fun
"25" I'd bet my lunch that's a 40 with mods and 25 horse stickers
Dixie Duck Hunters really?
there are true mega 25hp outboards they were ordered as 40hp motors with legal 25 serial numbers
but that mega is slow as hell. loaded with 2 ppl id chine walk around him
i mean from factory it’s a detuned 40
Got the exact same motor, what prop where you running?
Fellas, LOVED watching the boat ride........there is NO DOUBT you are very good at this........but the music?!?!? We can bypass such on your next video. I have heard of Yamahas 25hp with 3 cylinders can be SOUPED UP to 40hp plus, though you must know where you are going AND be able to handle that type of watercraft. Anyrate, hope your duck season so far is a good one!!! :)
what motor yall runnin
Great video! Enjoyed it.
They put out a lot more light than the camera shows.
Is it the camera, or do those LED light bars not put off too much light?
