Did you notice that we never saw Jack at home or where he lives? We know Huge still lived with his mother before he married Dot, but not mention of Jack's place. He's usually working it seems, an any hour of the day or night, like he literally lives at the station. All Jack's free time seems to be spent at Phryne's house! 😄😉

I'm watching this series again for like the 4th or 5th time. My husband watches it with me. Although I watched season 3's first episode before my husband because I was impatient. I told my husband about how Jack was finally ready to actually date Phryne and she ended up cancelling their planned evening due to an unexpected visitor. Jack though it was one of Phryne's many lovers, but it was her father. My husband laughed. 🤣I figured it was her father when he should up at the door and was 100'% sure due to the way she talked to him. 🤣She actually talks to her father as if she was the parent and Henry was an obnoxious teenager! I can see why. 🤣🤣🤣

Poor Jack! 😂 He is always at least 5 steps behind Phryne.
