    There's nothing wrong with Justin. Herbert, we just need an offensive line and get rid of receiver number one. And pick up a veteran receiver.

    There's Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow, Patrick Mahomes and everyone else. Herbert is a middling QB. Heck, even Jayden Daniels has already passed him in the QB pecking order

    I’m sorry but some of us Charger fans always jump to the far end of the scales! It is 100% fair to get on Herb about his performance! Herb is my guy hands down without a question. He missed some throws but the team let him down ultimately and caused 2 ints legitimately. The last one didn’t count it was just desperation. Herb didn’t even try to run with wide open lanes and he is a beast when he does!!! Every other QB has been doing that! Jayden Daniel’s team is just as bad but he willed his way to those wins, so that kills those excuses for Herb! However, he is throwing the ball to one elite WR (Ladd) and a bunch of lil league flag football team players 😂😂😂 G-Ro has terrible predictable play calling and cannot always make adjustments! He is a run first guy trying to experiment with passing, which is partially why Baltimore let him go! We need better players. Not only in the trenches but at the skill positions. Harbaugh’s mentality has to adjust to what the league is now! We need legit star players who Justin can count on. Defense needs better corners too!!!

    The idea that this is all on Herbert is ridiculous. This has been on display all season. Roman has a great first 2-3 series script than shows little ability to make any true adjustments to help his QB. This is when Herbert gets tight and presses and against a great defense like Houston it leads to turnovers. The talent cannot overcome a JV offense game plan leaning on big plays only. Mix in a QB run to settle the situation down instead of insurmountable 3 & outs breaking down your defense. Herbert is a beast but cannot overcome bad play calls with receivers and interior oline no shows. Also Harbaugh have the stones to move off of what the OC is calling move to a RPO to slow down the defense that was on fire!!!

    What makes Herbert one of the best QBs in the NFL? Hes 9-28 against teams with winning records and 0-2 in the playoffs with a 60 passer rating and a 47% completion rating. All he does well is beat bad teams in the regular season. Hes basically Sam Darnold. That looked just like Herbert last night. Overthrowing open WRs and taking bad sacks because he’s clueless reading defenses and can’t make adjustments at the line to pick them up and beat them.

  • @lyleabrahams
    @lyleabrahams 13 хвилин тому

    Herbert had a bad game at a bad time... that's all. Hes had maybe 10 bad games max in his career... I'll take that any day. Were going to be fine. I hate the notion that a QB is no good if he cant win a superbowl... superbowls are the goal but they are a rare achievement. I just want a great QB that can get us to the playoffs and give is a shot at a run for a superbowl and we have one.

    If you watched the Rams game last night, you could clearly see two things. You saw what a great QB looks like in Stafford, who multiple times made adjustments at the line to pick up blitzes and get the ball out in 1.5 seconds to beat it and you saw Darnold,l. A big QB with a huge arm and who can make any throw but is clueless with making adjustments at the line, takes bad sacks because of it and who crumbles under the pressure of a big game. That’s Herbert exactly.

      Stafford hadn’t even won a playoff game until year 13 of his career. He’s got twice the experience Herbert does, better weapons, and a WAY better offensive mind in McVay.

    Im not questioning Herbert's supposed dog, hes a beast! These mfers are not fans! Being frustrated? Yes totally understandable, did Herbert play badly? Yes but we know all yr this team had a 💩 interior Oline, and garbage wr, QJ is a depth piece, hed nvr start on 85% of teams, Herbert turned Dissly into an actual receiving TE ! There were 12 drops in this game, 12!!!!!!!! The int return for a TD was directly caused by Dissly! Herbert is an excellent QB,now that being said i think if the weapons and Oline get straight and he continues to play like he did in the Houston game , where to Daniel's excellent point , he was trying to compensate for numerous dropped passes and bone head plays! Also , that interior Oline isnt just"bad" its atrocious, even our tackles were getting treated , especially Alt! But this team is headed in an upward trajectory trajectory! They cant f around though, gotta get Higgins or Tyreek , need a perimeter weapon to match with Ladd! And not second level guys , like a Chris Godwin, and draft a center and a pass catching TE ! Things are gonna keep getting better, hang tough Bolt Fam! I got 43 years in, lol, you gotta be cut ✂️ from a certain cloth to be a Bolts fan!😂 Gret show guys!

    I don't care the position of Herbert in the list of "elite" QB's, don't care if he is better or worst than Lamar, Allen, or even Tua, I had being a Chargers fan for over 45 years and i have followed Fouts, Humphries, Leaf, Flutie, Brees, Rivers, etc. and in my opinion Herbert is the one with the higher cealing, and I'm 100% sure that he is the one that will take my Chargers to win a Super Bowl. Now that we have coach Harbaugh leading the way, we finally have the right coach that will give Herbert the kind of team around him that will help him achieve this. One bad game is not going to change my opinion.

    This is when you separate the real from the fake fans we exceeded expectations with what we had to work with. Herbert literally has ONE legit weapon Joe Burrow underperformed in MULTIPLE playoff games he played in and his TEAM still won because of defense LOOK IT UP. Drew Brees and Peyton Manning didn't win a playoff game until year 6. We saw this lack of talent/weapons bit us in the 🤬 MULTIPLE times this season. Yes we know Herbert as at fault for some of those mistakes like other QBs have made and their TEAM still happened to win yes TEAM. How many dropped passes need to get ignored? The kid is throwing to UPS workers out there for crying out loud. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Cj stroud lost stefon diggs and tank dell and just beat us. At the end of the day the excuses get old regardless of if this was supposed to be a rebuild season for us. It’s frustrating because the last 3 weeks they opened up the passing game with sets with 3 wrs and tight end going out but in playoff game they did none. Only run heavy packages yet had no running game and they never adjusted. All wrs with constantly double coverage. The Texans had same problem early and shifted to a quick passing spread offense until the chargers backed off. 24:25

    I was surprised when they didn't reinforce the O-line during the season. It's clearly our biggest weakness. Maybe Harbaugh and Ortiz have eyes on a few players for next year. Harbaugh said the O-line is the most important group and backed it up with Alt. I'm interested to see what they'll do. I think they're pacing themselves, not putting the team back into cap trouble. This time next year, they're gonna be even better. Someone said on another video: This is the worst offense Herbert will ever play with. It's just gonna get better.

    Meh. We were in the playoffs this year. We were already playing with house money, as far as I'm concerned. Fix the O-line, grab another receiver and a tight end. Playoffs have good teams. We knew this. Texans can be good. I'm not too sad that I missed the game.

    This is tough. Because yes we are in rebuild year and we have no offensive fire power and we still got 11 wins to the playoffs. But the calls for over hype is going to get louder for JH if he doesn't get playoff success. So I really hope they can just build upon this year and really start pushing towards championship quality of play.
