This is a parade in Arusi, Ethiopia, ሰልፍ በአሩሲ አረቄ ካቲካላ for the traditional fermented liquor called aräqe caticala.
Aräqe is a pure-grain alcoholic beverage made from various cereals prepared to provide the natural sugars needed for fermentation. Malt is another vital ingredient in aräqe production, obtained by soaking wheat in water and allowing it to germinate. Gesho is a third key ingredient that provides flavor to the aräqe. Water is also essential in almost every step of the production process.
Aräqe is the preferred alcoholic drink for people living in rural and small towns of Ethiopia, and its popularity is increasing even in big towns and cities. The process is similar to making grain alcohol, but it involves using gesho, a native Ethiopian plant, to ferment and flavor t’ej, the ancient Ethiopian honey wine.

Way short on facts dude... Why do candles light when placed in a microwave oven. Why do plastic food containers melt when water only boils at 100 deg. C or 212 deg. F? What is the mechanism for arching, sparking and plasma balls within the microwave oven when metal is present? To many people watch these videos to learn how and why things work. Why do plastic food containers melt when water only boils at 100°C or 212°F? - Some plastics have lower melting points than the boiling point of water, causing them to melt under the heat generated by microwaves. 3. When metal is present, what is the mechanism for arcing, sparking, and plasma balls within the microwave oven? - Metal objects can create high-voltage areas that cause electrical arcing and sparking. Plasma balls can form when the metal creates a small, contained plasma field. A recommendation to the content creator- the text was a nice touch, but would have been much better if it had been readable. Against a dark background, the text in black became completely invisible, and the white text nearly so against the pale ones. Perhaps using shades other than black or white would be better for viewers like me, who might want to watch with the sound turned off, or else can't hear it any way.
