Thank you so much for your kind comment. My sincere apologies for not being able to include personal reflections in my recent videos. I’m glad you enjoyed them! Currently, I’m at the Kumbh Mela, where I don’t have access to sufficient internet tools to update the videos. I’ll resume including personal reflections starting from 4th February 2025. Life's challenges make spiritual practice meaningful. Without obstacles, there is no growth or joy in overcoming them. The beauty of chanting lies in its simplicity-it can be done anytime, anywhere, without specific rituals or prerequisites. This makes it an adaptable practice, even amidst the busiest lives. Concentration, while desirable, is not a strict requirement. The Divine Name itself holds the power to guide and uplift, beyond the limitations of our focus. True hindrance lies within, not outside. A strong will and unwavering resolution to engage in Namasmarana ensure progress, regardless of external distractions 😀

Repeating or chanting God's name, known as "Nāma Japa" or "Nāma Smarana," is considered a form of devotion in many spiritual traditions. "Naam" is the Hindi or Punjabi version of the Sanskrit "Nāma," and both carry similar meanings. So, "Nāma" can refer to a regular name, but in a spiritual sense, it can also imply the sacred name of a deity, like "Rāma."
