I decided to recreate a classic siren video from 2007 featuring the Whelen WPS-2810 on 104th and May Ave in Oklahoma City. This CD&F originally controlled Otter Lake, MI’s Sentry 5V, but was removed and replaced with an FC due to a failure with a capacitor. The frequency for activating sirens in Lapeer County also changed, so this controller was no longer compatible.

@@jonathanboyd9644 It’ll be the replacement for the Thunderbolt eventually.
@@joelrobinsonwxsrn It's used for extra coverage until the thunderbolt can't be repaired. Also used when the power goes out, since the 508 has battery backup.
I just looked up on the Moore Oklahoma outdoor warning system map that the thunderbolt siren is siren number 25 and the federal signal 508 siren is siren number 44

I was in Sodus New York this past summer for a fishing tournament and there fire department has a 3T22 and the house I was staying in was close to the station and one night it went off for a call a full attack cycle is scared me to say the least I had to get up it was at like 5:30 in the morning that’s one hell of an alarm clock if you ask me 😂

It's a 2T22 likely. The closest Thunderbolt to there is at the EMSSTAT, while the closest 2T22 is at 19th and Santa Fe. I distant recorded a Modulator, and the only Thunderbolt I didn't hear was the EMSSTAT.
Modulator 5020 at Oakridge Elementary School. I heard this one on a video of the May 20th 2013 tornado!
