How you can let more than one NPC follow you?

damn it, I was hoping you'd have explained the Beehive a little more haha. According to the wiki, bees are required to grow Cocoa, Cashew, Guava & Papaya but there's no information on how/why it helps those plants... I mainly want to know how close the beehive needs to be to affect a crop, and how many crops one beehive can sustain. Nevermind, the search continues! Thanks for the other tips though

2:09 Fang tribe, not Flint (I think you said Flint while thinking of Fang), 3:12 You don’t have to perform a perfect kill or use a specific weapon. You have to unlock the ability to take their head’s off by killing 15 different animal species (elites don’t count) and reach Top Hunter promotion. Other than these two information, the rest of the video is fine.

For tech points, the last piece of information you gather at a scout will give you the location of the inscriptions for that area. If they are white you haven't read them yet, yellow you have read them. Be aware that if you go to where one shows on the map and you can't find it, some of them are underground, under water or in a dungeon. Finally, you can re-set your points. Each time you do it, it seems to be more expensive, but it's still only a couple of crystals. After all once break into steel, who needs to be building beast bone weapons? You can reallocate those points from things you no longer craft and use the points in things you need.

If I'm dealing with being overencumbrance, then I'll move my heavy items into a chest or box and relocate the container to where I'm needing to go.

I only use the bird mount and snow leopard , i think the Lama is to big and clumsy!

The update allowing for earlier portals is HUGE. Never made sense we could keep running dungeons and farm portals just to not use them. I just killed Fog Frog and the portal change and all of the new portals around the map is a game changer for such a big map. I've been so much more active all over the map now. BIG W!

I am "behind" as well. 200 hours later, I never saw the ape besides UA-cam vids. Keep it up!

What are some other useful ways to keep our NPCs busy?

Good dev team. I say drop a cosmetic dlc pack. Something like Conan had for 10 bucks and let's give them some well earned money.

Got a Legendary Llama and man This thing has 1600 carry capacity. Awesome for farming anything.

As whit womens... Spread the legs, and enjoy the rest...

Another Tip: Because of their unique tribal talents, the best warriors and hunters are from the Claw tribe; The best guardians (ideal to protect the base or you) are from the Flint tribe, the best crafters and laborers are also from the Flint tribe, the best alchemists(they look like crafters but with a unique talent in alchemy) and porters are from the Fang tribe

Another Tip : Always look for Master Warriors, Hunters or Guardians, etc., and if they have a red Icon in their names, even better. Masters will tend to learn better talents and the red icon means they will have the best stats. Also do not fire npcs if they have one or two bad talents (as long as they are not bad talents that reduce their experience gained or create discord and disloyalty in the tribe) because if you treat them well and level them up they could replace those bad talents with other good ones.

Another Tip : The game will be easier if you advance to the bronze age as soon as possible, once you have bronze gear and weapons then defeat the first boss in order to use the stone tablet and its upgrade part 1, obtainable in dungeons (that will allow you to revive the npcs that you previously registered in it) especially since the game encourages you to control Npcs instead of your main character

Another Useful Tip, put ALL your Main Character stat points into Strength This way your weak main character will do more damage(The npcs you recruit are stronger with higher stats) now when using two-handed weapons your hits will be decent but also you will be able to carry more weight, something very useful when you need to progress quickly in the game

Is there a way to have more than 1 alpaca following you?

I think the cooking oil issue links to the loot system in the barbarian barracks. You can find some oil there quite early, making it valuable loot for premium food.

What food and drinks do you like?

Love the video, just one note: if youre already changing settings because youre playing solo or in your private server, may as well change the durability rate of your items to zero so they don't break down. That way, no need to bring multiple tools when mining, etc. It also skyrockets you in terms of advancement, because if you take out leaders, you get significantly great gear to hold you over til the next leader.

Tip: Always keep food for your mount. Don't be like me and complete a dungeon only for your mount to sit down and refuse to hall your riches out because he is starving.

LOL Bring two pickaxes for copper or tin? I bring at least 4 depending on the durability of them. Okay, that said, this is one of the most complete tips vids for a new player that I've seen. I would add remember that your tools and equipment durability decays when being repaired so check the durability before you repair them to see if it's worth it. Speaking of repairing, the repair bench makes repairing SO much easier, as long as you have a tribesman assigned to it. Also traps can be used multiple times, you do need to have the resources with you to repair them though. And you can bring 2 monkeys home at a time if you put one on your shoulder and carry the other one. Finally, monkeys are important to get early because they bring fruit that you can't grow yourself.

Want to add more to the camp fire, alway bring 1 foundation and 1 roof, no wall needed. This is to avoid the fire burning out during rainy day - you'll get surprised why is your spawn point not working, find out rain killed it and you are too far away from your death package and objective
