Not a safe place to visit. The Coast Guard rescues "adventurers" who get stuck going out there far too often. The breakwater is very rough, deliberately, so people won't go there. People get hurt who go out there thinking it's just a bit rough... The drone footage is awesome but pass on an in-person visit. Someday, the site may be developed and visitors welcomed. It's private property and you may be arrested for trespassing, fined, possibly detained by police or charged and jailed. NOT a fun time, in my opinion.
