Was this at the Opera House? If so, I'm proud and super duper thankful to say I had the opportunity to play that crazy awesome same stage twice in 2009! I feel the same way about having the opportunity to try out for these awesome and talented ladies in 2007 (I would have been Trish's replacement, RIP TRISH 🌹🖤) I also taught one of Trish's teachers - such a kickass talent we lost... Thx for the post 🤘

By far my favourite line up of the band, I've grown up with them with them first making their recording debut when I was in my teens and following them since. Of the various line ups this was by far my favourite, I was so happy when Trish returned and thought she was an amazing bass player. Her death was a hard one to take and she'll be greatly missed. Remembering so many shows I saw with them, they always kicked ass and were always so cool to their fans. This tour was awesome.

Kittie is one of those bands that I absolutely loves their first album, but as soon as their second album came out, I just didn't like the direction they were moving. They started moving in a more commercial direction, adding hooks, less death growl, more just singing. Their first album just punched you in the face the whole way through but their subsequent albums just didn't do that. They were lacking that same raw anger and rage and just felt more commercial. The stuff wasn't for me. But damn, that first album was an excellent piece of work and I still listen to it.
