My name is Natasha Hardegen. I made a personal documentary on my life.

This is a video that was taken during a speech I was able to give at my school for an english project. To me this was more then just a grade, it was emotion and fear in words to tell a group of people what I go through. Now I want to spread it to the internet in hopes it could be showed to many people and help many people. This is my speech on Mental Illness awareness. Please watch and share!
