What is the name of that rod that goes to the brakes? Mine broke and I need to find a new one.

Does the spacer have to flip a certain way or does it matter? Ive always been told to replace the nut on the end of a bolt before wackin on it with a hammer. To not deform the threads.

My dyna 2008. After changing rear tire. I noticed after doing 100 km the bike weggle from the back. Any idea what couse that ?
