I have Body tremors for some months now not just in my hands but all over my body. The strange thing is they are only when I am hungry, it’s getting really bad and I find I need to eat more meals and snacks during the night. I have hand tremors and at times my leg moves. I have been using the Vilim ball for two weeks so far I have no improvements.
