I'm doing my best.. I just had another major surgery in May so things are going slower then planned but I fight through! I'm used to pain😜 probably wasn't smartest but here we are

She's a little demon, but we love her around here. Even the cats play with her. Oh... it gets better room to room. Once I start getting some color and furnishings in .. I think it will all come together well. It's a huge project on a very short time line, and I had a surgery that stalled it a bit, and man, that would be awesome to travel and do what I love😀

The floor is just so different from what I always see.. I had to use it immediately. It's perfect for my Key West boutique hotel theme. It gets better and better just wait 🥰

I use just a clear flood coat. Let It cure 30 days. Rarely do I use a top coat. I have a few videos showing how epoxy looks up to 5 years later with only flood coats and thank you so much 😊

It sounds like it but if planned right it goes by fast . I ate at different places I wanted to try and meal prepped for microwave. Had a little coffee station. You can put in the sink 4- 7 days and use that abd dishwasher still. I did it in 2 houses . I sacrifice because I love the epoxy shine and I have yet to see anything that equals. And after like 1 week I'd lightly use them just nothing heavy on top

Thanx darlin! I'm always a click away😉 It's definitely fun but also difficult working on my tightest budget EVER! timeline is also shorter then normal... so we will all see if I can pull this together with my crazy ideas. I think it will be a perfect 1st time home for someone.

I rescued her on January 13th she was turned in at 3 months old with siblings. Mama is Husky and the dad was a chihuahua/ dachshund mix 🤣 She's the complete opposite of Thorn and the perfect final addition to my tribe!!

Pretty sure Stonecoat has full water ratio guidelines on their site now. It's less for matte. But off top of my head I probably did about .5 oz water to 1 oz of mixed product
