We had 2 of them they fail after 2 years just at the end of warranty. They will off you a replant half the cost , they don’t last after 2 year you will get the red light of death and it needs to be replaced or repaired. To us definitely not worth it. This is the second one and it died almost 2 years to the day and they won’t warrantee. It looks like 10 days later. Unbelievable but they’ll offer you half price off the next one. so in the end just get a UV light on your whole house filtration system it’s the same thing. I truly believe that a lot of these people live in these reviews and videos are being paid off or getting a kick back somehow because I’ve done nothing different and it’s both of them died at the same time they do not last and I really don’t notice any improvement in the cleaning you wind up using detergent anyway or all your clothes stink if you don’t !

Update: I experimented. I could not smell ozone when washing clothes. Thought the ionizer unit might not be getting enough air. Took about 1/16th inch off top of desiccate gravel and poked five small holes in the top filter. Washed some clothes. I could immediately smell ozone! After wash clothes DID NOT stick. They smelled fresh. After drying. They continued to smell fresh. I think I found the fix!

We've been using it for three years. Disiccant dryer does not turn slightly pink. Clothes absolutely stink. What am I doing wrong?

Do you notice a difference between this and disposable filters? These things seem to be pretty new to the market and aren't well vetted, whereas the H&N lifetime filters are.

I just ordered mine and have 1 question about the front load/ top load setting. I looked at the manual and it said front load or HE machines use front load and standard efficiency top load washers use top load. Your new machine looks like an HE, just like mine. The manual says front load setting. Is your machinryHE?
