Sugar Bear, I hear watcha say … and for the past week, listening has saved my life. It’s the other Sugar Bear here and I had a heart attack on Memorial Day! Took me four hours to get me from to trail to ER and had a triple bypass on Thursday. A whole batch of small blessings and minor miracles put me right where I’m supposed to be.

Thanks for the poem. Very eloquent and passionate. Sometimes it’s the things you don’t hear that brings harmony to life. May the whispers you hear bring you peace, happiness and unity with nature. Wishing you safe passage and success. Happy Trails!

Up here in New England at the Ottada Way Cafe we make pancake burgers ( 2 pancakes wrapped around a hamburger) and bacon in ice cream sandwiches! “ Bacon Wrap”😊🏔🏕👍👍👍👍✌️
