I used to have it when I was younger I just slowly started deciding... on my food on my drinks. It honestly is just fucking up and being okay knowing I might be fucking up.. but it's also knowing I can learn from it if I do mess up and make a better decision next time. You got this
@beeUman143 Thank you for sharing your experience! It's all about learning and growing through the ups and downs. I appreciate the encouragement 🙏
I have bpd to girl I can relate 💯
@carriebirt2568 Thank you! It's good to know someone else understands ❤️
Hi just stumbled upon your channel, I wanted to say that I definitely understand the culture aspect, in my culture and especially if you're a man, you're not supposed to talk about how you're feeling, at least not in an emotional/vulnerable kind of way, so growing up I never really had a support system, I have no idea what you have to go through, but you are for sure not alone.
@andrewrosales9972 Thank you for watching. Even though our experiences may be different, I know cultural norms can make it difficult for men to be vulnerable. It's definitely important for us to create spaces where we feel safe to talk. I appreciate your kind words, and I hope you continue to find support along your journey, too. ❤️
❤ Thank you for this video
@@MsCourtney1010 Thank you for watching. ❤️
