This is a Scottish country dance called the Queen City Salute, performed by the Cincinnati Royal Scottish Country Dance Society demo team. "Queen City Salute" was named after the nickname for Cincinnati, OH "The Queen City" and has a portion to the dance modeled after the Serpentine Wall on the Cincinnati river front.

Although the word jig is Irish-Scottish, this is actually a Welsh triskele dance or Welsh triquetra dance. The Irish Jig and Scottish Jig is very different.
what is wrong with all these bizarre youtube videos that are screwing up? they're not playing right, there's this jerking twitching problem with the videos. 50% of the videos I'm viewing are doing this. could it be my computer?
