We’re back with a new one!!! This week on Try on a Tuesday we're checking out @EmpaNAHdas . The vegan- plant based empanadas created by Kiya who also is the creator and host of @VeganAndVentures here on UA-cam and on Instagram.
On @VeganAndVentures_ she discovers restaurants providing instant reviews , unique vegan products you can buy in store and meals to make in the comfort of your home. Did I mention all are Vegan-plant based.
Now creating another avenue in her lane to business owner of Empa(Nah)das, a play on the word to introduce her planet based empa(nah)das. Orders can be placed via DM on Instagram @empanahdas.

Your reaction makes me afraid to try this lol. I can't do the spicy. I did see someone using this in a chic pea scramble recipe with avocado, but they added agave to it. I guess that makes it a little mild. 🙂 It might not be so bad.
Ohh no! :-) The sauce is smooth yet spicy with the kick of jalapeño that creeps up after. I think you should give it a try with the chickpea recipe you've mentioned. The additional agave added with the sauce should help with the spiciest of it. Let me know if it works! 🙂.

I have eczema tooo!!! Did you like this after months of use. I'm trying to find something that's good for my skin I don't have super sensitive skin except for when I'm have a eczema episode
Team Eczema ! Yes I did. It's one of my favorite body creams that keeps my body nourished for the entire day. Especially since you don't have super sensitive skin minus the eczema episodes you'll be good. If you get it let me know if you like it.
