POIROT & MISS MARPLE David Suchet & Joan Hickson
This is legendary. The definitive Poirot meets the definitive Miss Marple.
I used to see the full episode on You Tube but now I can't find it anywhere. Frustrating.
M gs 88 😁m j e dkc
Joan Hickson is the real Miss Marple.
The Two Greats together. ❤️
That crowd is so lucky!!!!!!
It always bugs me how the murderer knew Murgatroyd knew anything. Omniscient killers 🙄
The murderer just happened to be at the right place at the right time ! So strange , and so fortuitous for the killer .
She’ll always have a special place in my heart 🥺
I always find this a hard hitter that ending gets me right in the feels
I always thought the ending was never satisfying because it wasn’t the true ending and I remember being young and finding out Elizabeth sladen, the one who got me and my family into doctor who, had died. I honestly cried. Rewatching this after so many years and my ease can rest realising how amazing this all worked out and let’s never forget how FANTASTIC she was.
I 100% agree. I also cried when I heard the news, but you are right. It worked out brilliantly. May she rest in peace.
it's funny, cos even now, after all these years, i still get goosebumps watching this, and it always brings a tear to my eye. i was only 7 when this aired, barely old enough to remember it, but it still brings back memories watching all the old episodes of this and of Doctor Who, when she was with Tom Baker. Sarah Jane Smith was and always will be the Ultimate Doctor Who companion, but she proved just how amazing she was even more so, by going off and getting her own show, which no other companion ever has, and may never do again. Elizabeth Sladen truly was the most gifted actress ever in my opinion, and i don't think people will ever forget her, cos i know i certainly won't. R.I.P Elizabeth Sladen, 1946-2011, Gone but never forgotten.
Podría poner Don Yhon la película en español y completa
She never died, she still with the Doctor, and always will be!
And the story will live on forever
I always prefered Geraldine Mcewan myself, could never understand Hickson, and loved Geraldines face expressions, but never liked her clothes
RIP Elisabeth Sladen (1946-2011)
Even now, eight years on from her death, I still miss her.
You'll never stop missing her. She will just sleep in your mind.
I cry every time she was such as beautiful and kind woman she is very missed !!!! Rest In Peace Elizabeth slayden
Peter Cushing has just such a great face
Very nice feature!!
serious nostalgia
This is so good i like this i like it allot so good
Glad you like it Marie Jose Vahe
The best Miss Marple. Now when I re-read the books, I hear her voice.
Fun! Fun! Hickson & Suchet!
Loved Margaret Rutherford, so very British! The music has always been a favorite, this suite is all I've ever heard away from the films. Wish there was more music from the films out there to enjoy!
I wonder if any of the gentlemen presented were Ken Howard or Alan Blaikley?
How interesting! I remember the show and wondered about this bit with the voice and the tune. Fascinating!
McEwan's Marple is fun and this adaptation tries hard but I still prefer Hickson any day of the week. Love the music, too!
Great presentation for The Mirror Crack'd! I really like this film, it's entertaining and who can resist the charm of its cast: Angela Lansbury, Elizabeth Taylor, Kim Novak, Tony Curtis and Rock Hudson. Class Act all around!
Very nice video Dominator Reborn! A Murder Is Announced may be my favorite Joan Hickson!
Beautiful!!!! Thank you
Thank you! What a treat🙋🏼
