You're dressed in a tangerine dress and white jean jacket because he loves creamsicles. You've holed up in the airport bathroom, all but frozen with apprehensive excitement. You call him, he says to come on out because he's been waiting for you. Every step seems to take your breath away. On the phone you hear him ask in his gentle voice, "Are you wearing a white jacket?" Your entire body seems electrified and weightless, just knowing your love's eyes are on you for the first time. You are still fighting every urge to run, telling yourself this is real and there's no need to be afraid. It's pretty dark but the Moonlight is flooding over the empty lot, outshining the few dim lightposts nearby. He's holding you and time is only a memory, you're holding him and wonder if you'll ever be able to let go. When you unbury your teary eyed face from his neck, finally daring to take a peek at his gorgeous face for the first time, your heart flutters and butterflies erupt in your tummy. Nothing could have prepared you for this extraordinary feeling. Seeing his face aglow with pure Moonlight, hazel eyes, high cheekbones, perhaps the most perfect lips you've ever seen are inches in front of you. You never knew you could hold Moonlight in your hands 'til the night you held him. You will remember this moment the rest of your life.
