I'm no chef by any means, I'm just a guy that has a passion for cooking on a Blackstone griddle, charcoal and gas grills, smokers, and a Wok. Spent many late nights eating these at Nick Tahou’s after a rock concert in good ole Rochester NY. Back in the 80’s. These are quite a process to make at home. The meat hot sauce is so good! We make it often. Nice job buddy! Love the whole idea behind the inspiration. The original was made with hot dogs. Bravo!
@PoorGuyOutdoor man, I'd love to go there and have the original stuff. If I would've had some Dawgs, they would've been in it, too. I can't believe how good that meat sauce was. I could put it on a bun and eat it like a sloppy Joe. I cheated making this one, I can't imagine how long it would take if I made the beans and Mac salad from scratch. Thanks for watching, my friend. It's classic Rock for us. My son likes "the Keg" (Omaha) and I'm partial to the "Eagle" (Lincoln). But all 3 of us LOVE a good homemade chili, and yours looks outstanding, Ron!

Whether it's Manwich or you make your own, a sloppy joe is a sloppy joe no matter how it's made. It is good to me any which way and it's such a great comfort food 😉

Nice! Brings me back 45 years ago at Summer Camp. We were tallied with cooking our own breakfast, but ingredients provided. One of my best memories after sleeping in a Tee-Pee Tent! Now, that I've been domesticated by my X-Wife in many years, I no longer sleep in a Tee-Pee tent and my tastes have advanced, so-to-speak, so, no offense. As you have presented (much appreciated), I like to put Pepper-Jack Cheese on top of my hashbrowns. Then, just like you cooked the eggs the same way and place them on top of the hash-browns . Then, make a white gravy (no pork as I don't eat pork), but can be made with Alfredo Sauce. Pour that over the steak and eat with the Sloppy Tators and Wah-Lah! A sophisticated, out-door camping buffet! Suieeee! Ahgh algh algh, Come-n-get-it! Thanks for the memories!

I like cheesy hashbrowns too, so I think I'm gonna get some Reaper cheese next time. The eggs and gravy thing reminds me of the breakfast skillet I get here at the restaurant. Now you and I both know that starches need TONS of salt, heck most everything needs tons of salt. That's just how you and I are wired...some people, eh-hem Rob just don't get it 😂Just kidding Rob. My doctor has already told me 4 years ago or so that I need to watch my sodium but heck, I take medication for that to keep my blood pressure down 😉I always say, salt keeps the blood a flowing lol. I'm glad you liked the glass Ron. You and others have been great friends that I've met on this journey in UA-cam land. I just wish we all didn't live so fricken far away from each other. Perfect eggs by the way Ron, heck, perfect EVERYTHING! That is a breakfast taken over the top with the addition of the garlic butter steak bites 😋Your dog was looking at you thinking "I'll have a bite of everything" lol. I know Snowy would be right there thinking the same thing if he was still around. He was always my reliable taster. It was a rule, every time we made eggs, Snowy always had to have 2 as well, he knew he would get a plate and absolutely loved them runny like we do.
@MileHighGuyBBQ heck, yeah, on the salt. Rob just doesn't understand, lol. When I was in the hospital a year ago, the doctors put me on blood pressure meds. I thought the same as you. Now that the meds were keeping my pressure down, I can keep eating salt. They only gave me a one month supply, though. My wife doesn't understand why I don't have high blood pressure with all the salt I eat. As far as my UA-cam friends go, I've got some great ones, and I'm glad I've met you guys. My four legged clean up crews are always there just in case I make a mess. It was quite a tasty breakfast. Have a great weekend, brother.

@PoorGuyOutdoor I had a five day weekend, and it was still too short, but we got everything moved. That is a nice heavy glass and the right size too. I love makin' breakfast, especially on my Blackstone (s). I'm not sure how much cussin I'll do if I make that video because cooking helps me relax. I'm not a rice fan and as you can tell, I never use rice in my videos. I like non rice stir fry just like you did there. I'd eat a bunch of that with ya 🙂Btw, that Bachans is good stuff 👍
