@@tarndt9217 use a drill, and match the drill bit with an Allen wrench that’s the same size as the one on the magazine. Do your best to drill the hole in the center of the magnet. Once you have the hole, put some jb weld on the back and use your Allen wrench to put through the hole of the magnet and into the hole of your o2 cap on your Byrna; then press your magnet down and let it cure. This way you know the holes are aligned together.

I thought about that too before doing it. I've even seen videos where laptops glitch when magnets are placed on them. But I tested it out before making it perminant. I've had no issues. And these are the strong neodymium magnets.

oh wow! Did it actually hit you? Yeah i like it as well. I put a trigger lock on it, and keep a fresh cartridge in it. Only problem is, I keep wanting to go in my basement to shoot it lol. Then i have to reset, and prep it all over again.

@@LYVEWYRE12000 No it just flew past my head 🤞 it was a thicker cardboard box though I’m sure it could pierce through any other box. But you use a trigger lock? How fast can you take it off? I keep mine in my gun safe. It’s one of those fingerprint activated safes they’re pretty cool. Yeah I bet it’s a pain resetting each time but It’s worth it to practice just in case something does happen you will know exactly where to shoot. 🎯

​@@stargod3064 Oh wow, just like my situation, good to hear you were not injured. With the trigger lock, I keep two of the numbers set so I only have to dial in the last number, so removing it is fairly quick. But I like the gun safe idea, I'm going to look into that. That's a lot easier than dialing a number on a lock. Plus my adrenaline might make me mess up dialing it in if I actually had to use it: which would result in me just throwing my byrna at them, with the lock still on it lol.

I watched your vid on the byrna great vid 👍 still shot well after it was punctured for 72 hours I’m surprised. Do you guys keep the pepper balls loaded in a mag or do you keep it in the viles? I’ve got mine loaded in a mag but I’m wondering if it will expire or when I need to buy fresh ones.

@@stargod3064 I keep the pepper balls in the vile, but I'm going to load 3 of them in a mag along with 2 of the kinetic projectiles. Just to save time if i ever need to use it. But you bring up a great point with looking into expiration times. I'll have to look into that also.

@@stargod3064 I wondered about heavy clothing; as my Bryna was on the way after I had already purchased it lol. Well maybe the fact that you're even holding what appears to be a gun, is enough to make the attacker change their mind. Maybe the best bet is to not even fire unless they're still advancing after you've brandished your byrna. That or offset the ammo (one kinetic, one pepper, one kinetic, etc) and change aim from center mass to face. I still like it, because the main focus for me was to deter and not kill.
