When Thamud Perished it was the Akkadians who formed the Arameans who are the Chaldeans who are the nabateans who are the Edomites/ Idumeans, they mixed with the Amorites, not sure if all were mixed. Summary Akkadians and amorites mixed with the Canaanites mixed with the Arami tribes Ad and Thamud making them Aws and Athiri in origin with element of Arphaxad. Assyrians were same time as the indo aryan hittites and mitanni who were native to the west ( Anatolia) Arameans ( chaldeans) were same time as the lydians neo hittites and medes

Very intriguing. The secret of the calf perhaps has some relationship to our present time and technology particularly to advanced AI. Planet Mars is a fiery planet according to astrology and fire is associated with djinn. Also planet Mars is associated with war and desire according to astrology. Is AI has a link with planet Mars? Certainly a subject to be researched, perhaps Sheikh al Akbar may have some clues.

May Allah give you reward for sharing this. I did my own exegesis for Surah Al-Qalam (The Pen) which is also called Surah An-Nuun. I read most of the traditional exegesis of Quran but no one was able to satisfy my heart on their interpretation of what the letter Nuun represented. Therefore, I asked Allah to untangle this knot in my heart. Then after sometime, Allah opened my heart towards an understanding. I wrote down what came to my heart. It was very different than what i have read in exegesis of Quran. So I kept it to myself waiting to find something that will give me some courage to formalize and share it. This video not only confirmed what I found out but also gave me more insights on extending what I understood. Thanks to Allah for keeping the words of Sheikh ul Akbar alive and thanks for Stephen for being the conduit. May the hidden Nuun write down rewards for you with the same pen. Ameen.

Yusef Casewit's translation of the book by shaykh Tilimsani has recently been published: "The Divine Names: A Mystical Theology of the Names of God in the Quran" (Library of Arabic Literature). I highly recommend it!

Has there ever been any effort to harmonize-unify, to map Ibn Al Arabi's ideas to modern sciences, esp physics and neuro-bio-psychology? (perhaps a bit like what Zukav did with eastern religious ideas and modern particle physics) Also, how about comparisons of Al Arabi's thinking with Taoism and/or Buddhism?
