It’s absolutely insane to me that the first 5-6 minutes of this was nothing but plugs and advertisements. Then you have your sponsor, then you have your pre rolls, mid rolls, final rolls. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you need this much marketing revenue to the point your base doesn’t even want to watch the 4 minute video turned into 45 minutes from the ads. Please do better

I like both versions of this movie, which I haven’t seen the most recent one but will eventually. The original one is ‘better’ because the director was quite ballsy for that time. The fact lot of real veterans of that war had participated in it, is also ballsy.
