Just look at the skool calendar of Ted Carr and some random dude selling a course and see the difference, its simple ted carr gives the person a reason to buy next month, cuz every week new things are being taught and new challenges and interactive activities so people immerge in the ted carr ecosystem and they don’t wanna leave that, 2-3 posts every day by you, comments being replied, damn it keep a moderator who can do all the heavy lifting or me lmao to do everything, but every week their must be a new thing happening. make your calendar packed like monday-group call with you, tuesday-tech tuesdays, wed-challenge announcement and tips to win it , thursday- another group call etc etc maybe 1 day choose random person to give free mentorship from comments whatever.

random thing i noticed is that I use a tactic that is always have the funnel never ending, eg: for mentorships people usually use typeforms to take in info for their setter to then reach out book a call with the closer, when the typeform ends their is just “oh we will examine and see if you are the right fit” thats not good instead redirect then to another lead magnet, free sauce that everyone will charge for and say like while our team is examining your application why not watch this exclusive training just cuz you filled the form (reward them cuz they did something you wanted them to do) then again redirect them to an infinite source of YOU, like a free community so that they can immerse into your ecosystem, this way the 7 points for closing are hit and the lead is now the warmest, this boosts the conversion too. eg: tyson 4d sells copywriting coaching and every lead magnet he has is sent to through his skool free community and he instructs in the email that your approval will take 24hr or less then go to this and this module in skool to access what you just wanted, this keeps his skool growing (46k members) and a good use of free community. Mailchimp, clickfunnels, zapier use them all to create auto functioning systems, can’t search tutorials for these online so you need an expert like me lmao sweet plug… on ig leprous_me

all the emails you collect from your lead magnets what will you do with them??? ofc man this, i have back-tested this sequence and emails with 1 trading info-product, 1 ecom and 1 copywriting you need to keep your emails very friendly with your personal name (company name freaks people out) and as if you are talking to your bestfriend, give as much free value as you can on emails and alternatively give out free trial links to your low ticket offer, why free trial? as the barrier to entry is very low people think oh i will cancel anytime i want but they don’t if your coaching is good, conversions on trials are very high. make sure to write FREE, CANCEL ANYTIME and IF YOU FORGET ILL PERSONALLY GIVE YOU A REFUND. now what will you do with all those email i suppose? oh now you gotta send them emails create pre-build journeys different journey for new sign ups, different for already paid members different for the churned people, make sure to add case studies and free values and things other mfers will charge money for. i also will discuss about the integrate aspect of email funnel about who no on on the youtube will create videos about all will teach email marketing but trust me only people who have worked like crazy knows that these things occur How does the permutations and combinations that needs to be in place to automate where does a student is present in the funnel eg a person signs up to your lead magnet email list but if he doesn't buy what you are selling and the journey ended so now if he again downloads the lead magnet will you send all the pre-build emails?? thats why we use a set of active email list and a set of non active pre-build set and all the permutations and combinations around this so Email Funnel: - Our email funnel will be broken down into LEVELS depending on where a student is in it. - Multiple Lead Magnets will be created and keep on creating. - Once a student enter an email to get those lead magnets, he will be entered into level 1, Here there gonna be 2 sets of emails 1. Pre-build journey(update every 3 months): This will be a set of 10 emails, already written where for 10 days he will receive shit tons of value, sauce, case studies etc and through this we will be pushing them to enter LEVEL 2 that is buy our 7-day free trial. 2. Active Journey(new emails written 2-3 times a week): These will be again free sauce value and case studies of our students, pushing them again to enter LEVEL 2. NOTE: a person who has already received pre-build will not receive them ever again as they are bullets that are spent, as long as they are in the LEVEL 1 they will keep receiving Active Emails. and if at any point person Enters into the next level he will be removed from the list of earlier level and sent into next. - Now once the student buys the 7-day free trial he will entered into LEVEL 2, here again 2 set of emails 1. Pre-build journey(update every 3 months): This will be set of 7 Emails, sent for the purpose of thanking a person to be a part of creator economy and giving them free value, tips and things so that the bond of a student with being a part of you hardens, main purpose is that he should not cancel the trial, now after this he can either cancel or now be charged. IF HE CANCELS: Then he will be removed from the members list, and will be sent again 2 type of emails, 1 will be pre-build giving value to bring him back, considering that he left, why he did it and pushing on those pain points and telling him to now buy, cuz free trial won’t be giving 2 times. IF HE DOESN’T CANCEL: He will be sent to the members list which is LEVEL 3 where weekly 2-3 times they will receive free value, sauce, case studies and thanking them to being a part of creator economy and hardening the bond with them and go on FOREVER. - Now if they leave the community they will be sent to LEVEL 4 i.e. churned list, where of course 2 list will be their 1 pre-build and 1 active where pre-build will push them to buy back for 10 days, then our active ones will go on forever giving them fomo with case studies etc on what they are missing out on. please dont make me tell you that use mail chimp lmao bro

create landing pages for all your lead magnets and offers, VSL could be locked behind an email entry or a free course/training locked behind the same and ensure simple and better copy for VSL and the key features and testimonials oh and don't forget to oh never mind I have also seen landing pages like 2 steps and 1st step is a VSL and then 2nd step is locked behind a timer for 2minutes and only after this timer is up the step 2 will unlock, imagine the amount of warm lead refinement something like this like do, only the serious ones will stay and they will be so invested into you cuz they spent 2 minutes just for you which is big in today attention spans of 5 seconds or less. Add button for your community along with exactly what you gonna offer them through vsl too and make it eye appealing

please please have some lead magnets visible and very clearly id descriptions and bios put out a simple google form on IG every month, what is that 1 thing you want from me that others charge money for, now what you do give it away on a landing page with a lead magnet lol make people think how the fugg is he giving this away for free i cant imagine what he has to give if i pay, and lock it behind email entry thats simple make sure to make need VSL copy for each lead magnet. Make sure these are 1-2 pages PDFs or modules easy to grasp and highly action-oriented, people should feel the urge to use your steps right there then. And don’t shy from giving the most valuable things for free trust me more secrets you give out more trust you gain keep on collecting emails with these simple yet valuable landing page lead magnets.

i see that your skool is free for now first of all my man my brother my dear friend please start a paid community, man create a landing page for it, put a great VSL for it, add features of your community ill explain later what all, and a button to buy it skool or whop whatever, if you create a free community add a button for that as well. For low ticket offer always keep a 7-day free trial, ill explain later why and make your coaching very very good ill explain later also how you can do it, give a reason for people to buy next month, it should not be another course selling place with the cliché “Live group calls every week”, make it interactive and new things happening every week. Refresh it every 3 months based on your KPIs (analyze them carefully make changes) ill explain how you can grow it

i could see your ig so i searched it up found nothing thats a major miss on your conversions bro please bro please you need to make your content more educational, step oriented and action-based, which is things that you can teach that someone can implement tomorrow and see results, this gives the dopamine hit Use face-cam and WHITEBOARDs to illustrate things (imagine reading book vs reading picture book) draw, circle and scribble every 3 seconds to keep retention and keep the hooks specific precise and again things they can implement tomorrow to see results, say the hook in the first 3 seconds, followed by what results it has brought you then start with the whiteboards. Editing can simple, just focus on pushing 1-2 reels a day. On YT same thing, educational step oriented and action-based to satisfy dopamine, white-boards and illustrations to keep retention and make it value packed.
