On July 22 I was pulled over by lake county police Department told me to take A DUI AND I PASSED WITH 3 zeros. HAD TO TAKE MY BLOOD DRAWN. To the Hospital THEN the POLICE TOOK ME TO JAIL. I was THERE FOR 72 HOURS. THE ONLY TIME I WAS ABLE TO MAKE A PHONE CALL WAS WHEN I WAS IN THE POLICE CAR. I HAD TO BEG. I ALSO TOLD THE POLICE THAT I HAD A disability AND THEY MADE FUN OF ME. I speak with a slur and have a cognitive delay. My blood was negative. I spent 3 days in jail and had to pay fines and to get my truck out of impound. They threw my case out of court but my rights have been violated and they did not take me serious. I have been financially and emotionally strained because of all this and they do not believe me.

July 12, 2022 I was arrested for homicide in Las Vegas Nevada. Oceanside California police officer Detective Jeffrey D. Vandenberg came to Las Vegas Nevada had me arrested and then left Las Vegas without saying anything to the Las Vegas police department that he had arrest me. Las Vegas police department didn’t know what to do with me. They called Oceanside police department and they said they didn’t want me. They weren’t sending anyone for me, and they didn’t want me sent to them. Las Vegas police department released me and said they didn’t know what else to do with me. They said there still was a homicide charge against me and that I had to call Oceanside police department and ask them to remove it. When was the last time someone was released from jail with a pending homicide charge against them? Never. The arrest was a blatant assault on me because things didn’t go the way detective Vandenberg wanted them to. The last thing this detective said to me before having me arrested was that man died because you didn’t call 911. This is how Oceanside police treat disabled Veterans. After being released from jail I have been threatened numerous times for trying to pursue legal action for the false arrest. Everyone knows police are quitting their jobs in record numbers. They’re not quitting for the reasons were told, they’re quitting for conscience sake. They don’t want to be part of the corruption in the police department. I need help finding and attorney. In my daughter's murder case in 2013 the prosecutor destroyed and withheld evidence in the conviction of Kinnear. We (my friend and I) showed the prosecutor on both our ipads that Dustin James Kinnear (free since June 18, 2023) took down Dustin James Kinnear premeditated statement, "I want to kill someone" on Facebook in June 2012. My daughter was murdered on June 18. 2013 after three men killed her over $1.00 in Hollywood, CA after calling her a Nig#er three times also on the witness stand in front of me, the jurors etc. before stabbing and killing my beloved daughter. The judge and the Asian prosecutor both said this wasn't a hate crime.
