Guys you have to keep constant hard pressure on the shackle while setting the code. It will latch in place when in position but still has some play to go down.

I couldn't get the code I wanted to work so I tried "000" to test and that worked. Then I tried my code again and it won't work. Even after watching this tutorial, I still can't manage to do it.

It’s not pulling out when I push the shackle in to change it. It changes and then I can’t pull it out again.

This was stupid all I had to do was go on to google and search 3 digit codes and boom I got it I tried to do what you said but it ain’t worked ☹️

I really like that it has a twisting lock feature to keep out dirt and debris. However, the mounting system is much too light for the lock, and continues to get loose/move around. It's mostly made of plastic parts, and I've had to tighten it a few times in the past week or so that I've had it. I'm worried that it's going to break off at some point while I'm riding. I'm considering just scrapping that part, but that would mean having to carry the heavy lock i my backpack and adding more weight. I wish I could have given this more stars, but without the mounting system, it's just another heavy lock that I have to cart around. UPDATE: Increased rating to 5 stars because the seller offered to provide a new lock and mounting system. Really appreciate the attention to customer service!!

I bought it brand new with the combo being set at 000. I set it at the combination that I wanted, but when I went to unlock it, it wouldn’t open. How do i reset the combination when I don’t know the correct combo?

I watched several videos and only after watching yours did it make sense. No one else mentioned holding it down to reset. Thank you!
