I bought this identical truck as a parts truck but it's got the 4 speed. Doing a frame swap for my 89 f250 that's got an 83 front clip. Can't stand bricknoses gotta love a nice bullnose
I remember in 1986 my buddy bought a brand new Black on Grey F250 4×4 8600 GVWR, 351, automatic transmission, option less truck. That" factory non emissions regular gas engine" had a distinct sound. I was in high-school and if a 86/85 truck or van drove by I could name the motor and year, blindfolded. That truck is awesome!
I think everyone respects these old trucks. These trucks aided making America. I have2 of these. 1 has a 300 the other has a diesel 6.9. Both configurations manual 4x4. The diesel was auto didn't like it. Better then the crap being shoved down our throats these days.
No1 B my ranger starter does too. What I ended up doing is loosening up the started bolts and hitting it toward the flywheel with a hammer. It helps a little. If you have a aftermarket starter the holes are slotted more than stock
Had an 87 F150 XLT crew cab, 4x4 with a manual transmission. Pulled out at least a dozen cars out of the ditch during winter!
I would like to find one like this and buy it.
Looks just like my 85 f250. I rebuilt the motor and love hearing it purr. So much muscle
Cual la relación del diferencial

Wow sweet ride! The 351 is music to my ears.
I had one of these with a 460. Regret selling it to this day. Nice rig you have there.
I miss my 86 too.351w,Holley 4 barrel and c6 transmission. For 85/86 Ford made the 250 and up non catalyst.
Dont feel bad I did the same with a 1991 F-350. I regret selling it 😢
