Tips to improve your experience with Fishing Planet and The Fisherman.
Without any guidance it is pretty hard to get forward, 'cause you just can't get what you're doing wrong.
WARNING! This is not a recipe for winning the competitions!
As ever evolving games F2P and The Fisherman constantly change and the experience becomes better and better, so these videos can provide a guide line for getting a better result but they are in no way a sure way to winning. There are a lot of brilliant players out there so the competition is fierce, sometimes one tactic works, sometimes the other.
Constantly adjust your tactics and don't be afraid to experiment, combine what you see here with the stuff you found to work. Explore...

Thanks for sharing! I wonder how long it exactly takes for the sockeye salmon to respawn? Is it 35 mins? I have seen it respawn after 38 mins in your video.
How much particles do you put in mix 22
I am missing your videos. Are you gonna come back?
Thanks for u, i got 1rd today 😂
That gb still work after 2 years hahaha
What challenge do i need to do to get the Xseries #6/0 bass jig?
That was awesome. Thanks for sharing!
Congrats brow
how do u get the money for winning does it go straight to ur account after the tourney or u have to do extra
Just finished it doing your method. Three unis and two trophies. 56 Kg. Thanks. 😁
I take it the 5.6 kg and 5.44 uni were from a non competitor's. or does it go by size not weight
Hi! Sorry but I didn't quite get that... All five uni's are in the total weight.
Why do you always use fluorocarbon line instead of braid line with fluorocarbon leader for spinning setup?
No particular reason, it works. I don't notice much of the "stretch" on the fluorocarbon...
thanks. awesome guide.
👍🦋👍🦋👍🦋
What other baits can you catch that uni on? I don’t have that first nymph or whatever
Hi! You can get a unique chinook on many various lures. Medium spoon 56gr 6/0, Roach spoon, any nymph will do (it doesn't have to be x-series), jigging spoon, I even got a uni on mouse lure...
setting??
How come u got baitcoins for the first carp?
Hi! The Fisherman is a different game than FP. There you get bait coins for unique fish.
Going to give this a go tonight using your guide, just tried big red fish at moose lake but i never have any luck using the crankbait
How did it go?
@@ivusthefisherwoman5511 Not great lol My fault tho because for the first 20 minutes i was using a different retrieval method but had a lot better luck after that. How did you get on? I noticed you were second at one point.
@@happycoop123 ended up being 5th, my first uni was just 11 kg...
how to get xseries jig head?
I really don't remember where I got it, but I'm sure you can google it...
I an absolute garbage in the tourneys but on the regular fishing trips I fill my fish keep all the time it's almost a thousand pounds but when I get into a tourney I suck can't catch the requires species ever
You gunna post Halloween stuff?
sorry, but no...
I wanted to know how they are getting more than 25 points in the bowfin competition in Missouri
I have no idea... sorry but I never do that competition.
You said in the video, u have cut out the boring parts. Thats not right. The boring part is that carp rod thing. The interesting parts are the spodding mixture itself. We know after 10 seconds your place in the qualifying, the rest of the video to watch, is complete wasted time. sorry…
hello,it would have been more helpful to upload it to the tournament ;-)
A played and got beat by like 30 pounds even though I got like 73 pounds lol
That happened too m e also, but since that video I've discovered a new uni spot so now I'm trying to get 3...
@@ivusthefisherwoman5511 oh nice
Bravo nice N1
Hi. Thanks for the video. That new spot was new for me too. I have one question though. Why do you use two rods with the same jig?
Ivus!!! Parabéns pelo primeiro lugar da competição.
E parabéns por passar a rotação show vlw amigo
The comeback in the last two minutes was spectacular. Congratulations!
Thank you, it was a really lucky run...
Dream runs at the start and finish. Nice.
Thanks for the upload, I am currently 1st with a 34.4kg and a tiny 1.06, im hoping to win it, you were in the room when I got my big uni funny enough but the servers crashed out shortly after. Anyway hope I stay there, thanks again for the tips on these uploads! p.s just won it!
You are most welcome! That's why I post. It really makes me happy if I could help. Keep on casting, and don't be afraid to experiment or combine tactics as you seem fit. It is a computer game but you still need to listen to your instincts.
@@ivusthefisherwoman5511 Yay I won again today with same tactic, we both took 1st and 2nd spot!
i got 3rd too thanks to your vid :) GGs buddy!
Thank you i just won this using the barbless nano spinner 1/8oz #1
👍
You just got me 3rd place and the X-Series Spinnerbait, Thanks alot!
Happy to help!
Thank you for the video. Very informative!. Immediately after watching, the current 3rd place in the competition! I still need to work out the wiring with a twitch.
Lol nice, that trophy was clutch, nice win my dude 😁🤘
overpowered gear to fish is not a respectful way to win and players should be penalized for too strong of gear as it shows in the red arrows x3 for experience but now people know how to win 1st place .. just over power fish to get em in boat fast and get more fish with strong gear but still its a low brow way to beat players red arrows should give a weight penalty so proper gear is used by all players o well nice glitchy way to win
Hi! Thank you for the comment. I do agree with you up to some point. I use the setup you saw in the vid only in competition. When I'm there just to fish for bass I use the bass caster. It is much more enjoyable that way, but you loose a lot of time fighting the really big ones. So if you want to stay competitive the only option is to use a setup that can easily deal with the fish you're after. There is a thing that bothers me much more though. I'm talking about the penalization of bad ranking in competitions. When you finish in the top 15-20% it is ok, but if you score is worse than that, you get points deducted. WTF? First I don't understand why would anyone be "punished" for trying a competition, and second I really can't figure out the criteria for those negative points? Any thoughts on that?
Not a low way to win at all, I’m level 28 and played in the same comp yesterday, by running lower level gear you have to give up more time fighting the fish you bring in (albeit the three uniques I got yesterday weren’t fighting all that much). The More experience and better gear you gather the better chance and more time you’ll have to effectively use to catch the four or five UNI’s you’ll need to have a chance to win, I can’t really understand why you may have an issue with it my dude. I wouldn’t complain if someone in a game for example like COD someone ranked prestige had a better recoil gun or side weapon - no - they got that by putting in the time to level to be able to use it - absolutely no difference at all. Hope you can turn that negativity around and wish you happy fishing in the game, good luck.
So, in real life if you were going to enter a bass fishing tourny you would show up with an ultra light rod and 4lb test huh?
it is not a gl;itchy way to win if the tourny director set it up to where there is no level limit on the gear.
Nothing worse than hooking a big fish during the pike and bass tournaments only to reel in and see a bowfin 😂
how get bass jig xs 6/0?
I think I've got them by finishing a mission. not quite sure which one though. Try googling the mission award list. Sorry but that's the best I can do...
@@ivusthefisherwoman5511 i wonder if players would do good if game put penalties and disqualify fish caught with overpowering gear
you need to catch 1000 trophies
Nice video! How can i get x series nymphes? Is there a mission to get it or i can wim it only in a competition?
Thank you! I honestly dont remember where I got them but I think it is a mission. If you google the mission reward list I think you can find the right one to do. The regular nymph works quite well also...
Tanks for your video, but you need to read rules and restrictions :)
Hello Ivus the Fisherwoman I'm a big fan of yours. My request to you could you show the tournament One Bey One once, thanks in advance ilona
