Try using latest updates like 1.4 somethings.. coz i ended the whole game with 1.3.7 in 1.4 many glitches n graphics related issues have been solved :) that's my guess.... else wait for official release of pc port.. if u can't then just end it for settling down the urge of ending SM2 :) 😂 like i did.. even though i ended it my brother PS5 on day 1 of its release :)

btw rx 580 is a dope card i used to have it but for some reason whenever i used to go above 60hz whole screen goes black for 3 to 6 sec.. i hope that's not the issue with yours :( i had it so i shared it :)
