I'm 59 and was there first the rise of synth,electro,new wave,post punk or whatever new name they are giving it today. I've always been exposed and listened to the band mostly on the outer fringes. The last 10 years I've really grown to appreciate and respect their place in music history. Truly the fathers of so many genres born out of that electronic music. I hear a couple songs directly born from each one of these snippets. It's beyond imagination. I'm glad they finally got into the Rock and roll hall of Fame after all these years. Wish more people knew and gave them their due.
