    Nonsense. He knows how many hairs are on our head. Yet he didn't know where Eve was. He had to ask Adam. His perfect plan was wrecked by unintelligent humans in the first chapter. In the book your blood god murders millions of people. And you sheep call Satan the bad guy? Who did he murder? The god who murdered the world calls him evil. Other than all the crap the blood gods sheep say about him. He ain't never hurt me. That is either because he's not as evil as your blood god, OR he is also not at all real. You guys are on the same line as Mormons and scientologists.

    Exposure therapy is one of the most effective ways to break down the initial wall of the fear. After that comes confrontation, where you have to stay around the fear and keep doing it until you feel fine with it. And if all things end well, the fear either doesn't cripple you anymore, or you can actually engage with your past fear.

    Your explanation is right on. The fact that we hear the words but cant comprehend them is 100%. It goes for many subjects in the bible. Its why we must have the faith of a child.

    Most people who hold dispensational beliefs assume they are based in the Bible and have ancient roots. But dispensationalism has been around less than 200 years. The "father" of dispensationalism is John Nelson Darby (born 1800 ), an Irish Protestant Lawyer who left his successful practise to become an Anglican Priest. In 1827 Darby left the Anglican Priesthood and by 1831 was among the leaders of the Plymouth Brethren, a non - denominational movement which denounced mainline Christianity. He began to teach that the true Church would need to be silently removed from the earth in order to make way for the completion of God's dealings with the Jews. He named this "secret"removal of the Church the "Rapture". This belief was something completely new in Christianity. No previous Christian either Catholic or Protestant had ever proposed or taught such a thing. A piece of Scripture (1. Thess. 4 : 16-17 ) that is supposed to support the Rapture, ,makes it crystal clear that this event will happen just before the Last Judgement.

  • @Gnosticjesus
    @Gnosticjesus Рік тому

    Your interpretation of "Rapture" is totally but totally wrong. The rapture already happened. It happens within the body, the soul, whilst still alive on earth. Nobody get "raptured" just because he believes in Christ. The end of the world will happen in a way different way.

    “This” means “this” but it might mean “that” too? Come-on man!” Rom 12:2 “And fashion not yourselves like unto 'this world,' but be ye changed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God is.” So if “this world” in that verse means the world that they were living in at that time; then why does “this generation” in these two verses not mean the generation they were living in at that time? MT 23:36 “Verily I say unto you, all these things shall come upon 'this generation'.” MT 24:34 “Verily I say unto you, 'this generation' shall not pass, till all these things be done.”

    IF Christians really believed that in some moment they would be poofed into heaven, then the ONLY thing they should ethically do is QUIT their jobs as doctors, nurses, teachers, school bus drivers, train engineers, truck drivers - anything where their sudden disappearance is going to cause peril, death, and havoc for the rest of us. BUT NO, you don't do that because all you can think about is getting that reward you've EARNED, that you DESERVE. You think NOT ONE MOMENT about the consequences because you're not ever HELD TO ACCOUNT for your behavior. Somebody ELSE picks up your tab, right? Jesus paid it all so you don't even have to try to mend any injury you caused in your life--you just weep at Jesus' feet and VOILA! It's all good. Except for the people you hurt. Christianity is the most ethically DESPICABLE religion around--and that's saying something.

    Who told you this it’s not even in the Bible the Bible does not say people even vanish that’s not how it happens. The dead will rise first and those who remain alive shall be called up there changed into a glorified body like Jesus, so where is this? They will vanish like where’d you get that from? That’s not even in the Bible. You have such an imagination.
