Playing all the good players won't win you the league or a better club ( PSG) But playing a team that can cover each other weakness and strengthen each other is called team work. (Ajax , Dortmund, AC MILAN went to final because of that. )

His performance analysis is better than the other defenders. Just add another like him in defense. BAYER LEVERKUSEN WILL HAVE A VERY STRONG DEFENSE
