Hi Phil.. Well, this in my opinion. When you mentioned before going into the house. I really was, honestly expecting to see a right mess, Damp walls, wire hanging everywhere, clutter etc. After seeing this video, yes it does need up-dating, but to me not a massive renovation project. We didn't get to see the rest of the property, upstairs, bathroom, bedrooms loft space etc. If we were in a position to move to France anytime soon, we would most certainly consider this property. Unfortunately that is not the case for us right now, we have to wait a few more years.😞. I'm sure that this property will not be on the market for to long. Thanks for the video. Question I have for you is: How do older people who don't have means of transport get to the town shops/supermarkets etc. Are there any bus service routes that take you into the local towns if you happen to live in a part of the countryside .
