Beautiful!! I would put wider tires on Crager five stars. That would knock it out of the park. Save the OEM wheels and tires for shows. Also Mr. Quinn had impeccable taste in automobiles👍
One Beautiful Vehicle ❤ ed It
What is the music? Very cool
I had a1967 I bought it in 1973 and sold it in 1981 I love it only thing was I use to st race and lost my license 3 time's . Now I wish I never sold it. I also owe a 1967 Plymouth satellite conv that I wish I had today.
Looks exactly like mine but mine doesn't have the original hub caps
Thank you for doing this series I am restoring a 1967 L code 440 4 speed charger which there were only 132 ever built . With this series you have given me great insite to the inner workings of my car
Glad you enjoyed them. If you ever have any questions feel free to reach out.

The VERY FIRST Charger.
I bought a gold 383 66 in May and love it. All original paint and interior plus a few goodies under the hood. This one is just beautiful.
I just bought a 66 charger 361 out of old guys garage -needs resto but got it cheap
I wish I could have these guys restore my 66 charger, but it would be way out of my price range 😊
Best looking first gen I’ve seen wow ❤️
Beautiful car
So that’s what it looks like with a complete interior and gauge cluster haha
Hi this is Brooklyn from Keegan’s grade! Tell him I said hi!
How about showing the restoration of a 1969 Dodge Charger with an electric sunroof... hmmmm lol
Wish you could help me to restore my 1969 Dodge Charger. My vindictive brother stole my rear end out of my car....:-(
Hi Roman. I've watched the restoration videos you posted up on your UA-cam channel in 2015 for the 1966 Dodge Charger you were working on. I've recently picked up a 66 Charger myself and I need to source new electric motors for the the revolving headlights (For some reason the previous owner decided to remove them). I was wondering if you could give me any pointers or tips of where to go looking for a pair? Or even if modern-day alternatives are available? Thanks, Nick Shale.
The music you should have played was the sound of the motor running....sad !
Beautiful job
i like it
NICE
nice videos...wheres my shirt..........i got a 1969 dodge dart i looking for to fix up any suggesting on your part like you fixing up for a video down the line
Lovely
I have a 66 and I really appreciate the attention you gave to an often-overlooked car.
So do I. Needs a full restoration though.
I also own a 66 charger,I love these cars, mine is all matching numbers, with a 361 engine, and I also have the original certification card, and the original owners manual that came with the car
wow!
this is the most beautiful restoration on a 66 charger i have ever seen! my god she is pretty, what a wonderful job the guys at after hours restoration did, they paid a lot of attention to detail, and staying original, all the way down to the nuts and bolts, and color of what came out of the factory.I watched all of there segments on the restoration on this car,and enjoyed it very much.I own a 66 charger with a 361 engine, all original, including the original certi card and owners manual that came with the car,she is going in the body shop soon, but if i could do a ground up restoration,i would of had the guys at after hours restoration do it.
Thank you. We always strive for perfection.
I have a 361 engine in my 66 charger,my charger is all matching numbers, with original owners manual and certicard that came with the car, could you tell me how rare the 361 is in the 66 charger?I know they discontinued them in 67,also could you tell me where you got those 7.75 bias tires you put on that beautiful green 66 charger, and where you got the carpet from?i"am trying to make my charger as original as possible.Thank you for answering my first comment, and i love watching all your segments on restoring cars, but my all time favorite one was when you did that 66 charger, these cars are very special and beautiful when they are restored, and i"am very proud to own one, I have two original 66 massachusetts licence plates that i will be putting on my charger when she is done,i can hardly wait:) thanks for your time, Richard.
The tires were purchased from Coker Tire. I am not sure on the production numbers for the 361. Good luck with your restoration.
thank you for the information on the tires:)
richard joubert you can find those tires and carpet(plus much more) from classicindustries.com you should get a Mopar catalog from classic industries. You can have one sent to you and they are free. Although I order online, it's easier to find things with the catalog on hand.
Incredible job with this restoration!! Turned out beautiful!!
Thank u so much for this very informative video. I've never seen a video that goes in depth about the first generation chargers. This is very help for us first generation charger owners.
