We are conservative care providers specializing in soft tissue treatment and biomechanical assessment. We excel in treating shoulder, neck, knee, hip and lower back cases. We are dedicated to providing more education on what we do. We utilize manual soft tissue therapy techniques and instrument soft tissue therapy techniques to help provide our patients with the best care possible.

We’re moving our office to 751 Kenmoor Avenue SE Suite A here in Grand Rapids Michigan. Starting in December we will be at our new location. We’re looking forward to helping even more people in our new location.

Need this in my life 😢 I finally decided to do the research and see why my backs been hurting so bad even though stretching and everything isn’t helping it. Then I found out this is why it’s been bothering me. Is there anything else I can try to do at home before having to go see a chiropractor? I’m wondering if I’m able to do this myself.
What happens to the collagen when the adhesion is released? Seems like the "glue" would just be moved to another area
The only industry that understands this is the personal training industry and chiropractic industry. These industry in my opinion get labeled as “homeopathy” thus they get the cold shoulder from the healthcare industry. It’s quite obvious especially now after Covid that the healthcare system is intended to treat ailments not prevent them.

Thanks for the question, yes, I have lot of patients who have had chronic issues for years get relief because adhesion was the main cause and no one else was looking for it or fixing it for them.
Tools are just one method, manual therapy with the hands is really one of the best ways and the newest treatment that helps is shockwave therapy too.

Could you See Adhesion in the lower Leg in a mri Image?
Most of what we do in our office is via expert palpation to find adhesion, but I have heard of adhesion being seen on MRI if it's large enough.

Hi there, I sent you an email, I forgot to add that when I try to bend my knee it feels like a tight big elastic band over my knee cap, stopping my knee from bending past 30 degrees…. Also my quad shrunk or is tight as looks shorter (atrophied?) help….. calf seems ok…. Left hip hurts abit too. During pseudogout episode my ham strings really hurt…. Thankyou
