Homemade Microwave Pickles
Homemade Microwave Pickles, the easiest way to make pickles! I think they taste kinda like bread and butter pickles . And luckily I was able to have some fresh set of taste buds .

Recipe:
1 large cucumber , thinly sliced
1 medium onion , thinly sliced
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
In a microwavable 2 qt bowl , combine all ingredients . Mix well
Microwave uncovered 80% power for 5 minutes , stirring 1/2 way through
Allow pickles to cool
Cover and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving

Recipe:

The best part of editing is doing the green screen lol . I was surprised he liked them too . I guess it pays to keep trying new things lol
I love banana bread. Like Dave I couldn't just eat one of these bites. I'd probably eat the whole pan at once lol. The green screens are cute and funny.

Oh my gosh. This is a brilliant idea! Haha I totally would have eaten the tiny broken piece of chocolate lol. Such a great easy way to have s’mores at home. Be a nice way to make them when camping with electricity and oven too! Might have to do this sometime. If you had a little torch or put in the broiler for a couple minutes to toast the top of the marshmallow, that would be very campfire-ish looking. Fun recipe.
I’m surprised she gave in so quick about eating the broken piece . She did get a piece after the video . Definitely be good with torch or broiler but doing it simple for kids lol. If you try them let me know what you think . She loves doing videos , she’s from out of state so everytime I see her she asks if she can do a video . Thanks for watching
