Don't get all the 'only wat with your hand nonsense'. I eat a lot of Indian/Pakistani/Nepalese food and from all regions apart from south India (majority coconut based and hate coconuts). I use a knife and fork and with soupy foods, like daals use a spoon. Also, that aloo fiied stuff at start, I squeeze lemonnanndhave dip on side as don't want to drown my food in sauce all the time! Ignorant to say "only use your hands"! Not everyone wants greasy/sticky hands and makes no difference to flavour!
