Your drawings are so good! They are the style I’m “drawn” to. I love to watch you draw while I listen. I keep wanted to spend more time in my art journal and often end up spending more time filming and editing. I do love to light candles and listen to what I call spa music as I edit. Thank for all these great ideas.

@Lizzie-i1v you are very welcome! I didn't think about doing a hand massage either until last year when a pregnant friend of mine had a mother's blessing ritual, and one of her friends brought beautiful smelling lavender and bergamot oil. She showed us how to give ourselves a relaxing hand massage and it was soo relaxing. 🥰

I have a bullet journal as well as a notebook for morning pages. I also keep a pad by my bed so when my brain is too active to sleep I can quickly jot down things I want to remember or even emotions that won't let me rest. I suppose I also have a sketchbook, ha. All the notebooks at my house! Journaling doesn't fix everything but it has been an invaluable part of my healing process of the last 12 years or so. I journal nearly every day.
@meganharman4814 Oh yes, bullet journals! I used to have a few of them too and was thinking of starting one again. It's so suitable for the beginning of a new year. 😁 I love that you have so many notebooks, too! I agree that journalling doesn't fix everything (sometimes it can be better to be more in the moment than in my head) but it's definitely a wonderful practise.
I also do morning pages plus a journal and know exactly what you mean by the crossover, it can feel frustrating at times. I'm mulling over the idea of a larger format journal that encompasses planning and reflection but not sure how workable it would be.
@LorraineSmith-rp7bu sounds like a good idea. I always experiment with different formats, too. These three seem to be my most consistent ones, but I like to change I up sometimes, too. 😊✨️

Doing an adult hat! Completed brim. After K1fb and P1fb, the stitches have become very tight and almost fall out the needles. Starting stockinette...but the stitches are so tight. May need to get bigger needles. Was using size 6. Or can we use garter stitch as a setting stitch ?
Somebody distractions this time of year. But give yourself grace get past the winter relax. Spend time with family. The inspiration will return.❤
