My older brother was abducted but fortunately found a few hours later 15 miles away he's struggled with life ever since

I first seen the stranglers on top of the pops in 1977 performing go buddy go. I was 14 at the time and everyone at school was talking about them. A short while after i remember borrowing the album rattus norvegicus from my future brother in law. I used to wait till my mom and dad had gone to work , then it would go straight on the record player at 8 in the morning before i went to school.....i was totally blown away by the superb sound of j.js bass , and the swirling sound of Dave greenfields keyboard's. They became my number 1 band and i first seen them live in 1979......awesome, and the last time in 2022.....still awsome. I've seen the stranglers over 100 times and spoke to j.j , hugh and Baz warne outside the 02 in BIRMINGHAM while himself and Dave Greenfield was going in a side door before a gig and they were all very respectful and came across as just normal guys. They are still my heroes and I'm very proud to have what I believe to have possibly the biggest stranglers DVD collection out there.
