The plates are not even you need to keep them all together and even as they go in, not tilted.

I had the very same issues as u did. It took me over 2WEEKS to get mine to go through!!!!! Once the rollers got to the dies, the handle would turn and turn but plates wouldn't go through. Come to find out through my frustration of enormous a.ts., I took the handle off and looked at the gears to make sure they looked OK. They did. So perplexed and frustrated,I lightly wiped the gears as others had done the rollers and that FINALLY TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUES. What a pain to say the least. SB needs to put out the info on that,but I don't believe we should have to go to these lengths to get the machine to perform. SB so called"seasoning" of plates and about the oily rollers isn't even mentioned in their manual. At this rate, I'm sure they r getting loads of complaints. I had to figure it out on my own. Anyhow, if someone else is having issues, give the gears a wiping to see if it takes care of the issue.

Honestly, I'm not sure what's up with that kit. It seems it's never actually been on the website, it was just randomly sent to people in their orders. I would suggest contacting the company. I would also recommend the floral edition; it's beautiful as well, just no vases. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment :-)

The acrylic pieces are to divide the tray and you can pour out more than one color drill at a time.
