2010 Mazda CX-9 Seat Removal for SUV Stealth Camper Conversion (PART 1)
In this video, I'll show you how I removed all the seats and slider rails from my 2010 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring V6 for a family SUV stealth camper conversion.
I'll go over common problems you might encounter if you decide to do it yourself (DIY) and how my friend's father, a professional mechanic, was able to remove all the seats and rails in under an hour. He also demonstrates where the bolts are located and what to look out for if you decide to tackle this project. I hope this video provides valuable insights-enjoy watching!
And if you want to see part 2, where I build out the interior of the vehicle for full-time living and traveling the country, be sure to like and subscribe!

Let that pain be your motivation to get you CDL. You’re right it’s honest work and there’s nothing wrong with it. There are other aspects of this industry you can explore that won’t damage your body however. Wherever you go, always remember your time behind the truck. It’ll keep you grounded in the future.

I have an audience pov that I want to share with you I think If you make a one shot video for example in my case I searched how to document yourself And I clicked your video by the thinking you covered all the things in this video only But yeah I can go further but I think it's just my view if you make a one shot video not too long but a normal like last 10 minutes if it's possible to cover things that we need to know for documenting our journey Then it has the higher chance of people giving you a subscribe So overall I hope you understand what I am trying to say I can be wrong easily but I thought it maybe helps you So yeah I think instead of making a playlist type maybe it's a better idea to make a single shot video Because it gives a sense of accomplishment if we find what we need In just a single video Because sometimes we are in such a hurry that we don't want to go further to watch the series instead we choose to watch another youtube video and try to find a single shot video So yeah it's just my pov

Jesus go easy on the guy! He's basically an office geek, pretty out of shape but he's doing this to show how hard these guys work. I've sprained my fucking ankle just walking down stairs for Christ's sake! I give this guy props! Like most jobs you don't just come out of the gate coordinated and in a rhythm that it takes.

I did this job...for ONE day back in 1985 when I first got out of college! I don't know where people get the idea "oh, you start at 7 but you're done by 2!" After a couple early restaurant dumpsters i grabbed my first barrel by 7am and put my last one down almost 7pm that night! Got home after 8pm with a half hour drive! Next day, I got up at 430am intending to go in but fuck man...I could hardly walk my legs and ass were tight and killing me!! I got back into bed lol!! I was a kid wtf did I know? It wasn't going to be a career but it would have been a good summer job!! It was a brutal day at times with dehydration and hunger but I made it through and was ready to go back. Kid I was with on the back had stereo speakers wired up high on the back and we tuned out all day! So were filled up the first time by 10am. I go to the dump with the driver and he asks if I wanna grab something to eat. I said nah all set thinking I'd make it til lunch. He didn't tell me we don't stop til we're full again the asshole! By the time we were loaded again about 130pm I had the fucking shakes! I kept up and kept moving but what the fuck buddy? You coulda told me that little detail! I'd say the worst part was a couple weeks later I got a check in the mail for $78 after taxes. That pissy amount for a twelve hour day kicking my own ass? It was GSX Corp out of Rowley, MA at that time, formerly SCA.

I retired as a firefighter after 32 years. Working at fires, especially on hot, humid days is brutal. It's been researched that working in a fire for even thirty minutes takes as much of a toll as most people suffer in a forty hour week. So with that said, I have always had more respect for garbage men in particular but others like iron workers, construction guys, even landscapers than I did for fellow firefighters. All of you guys do this day in day out, in all weather conditions and you don't get the large funerals or the accolades like we do. I use to enjoy pissing guys off that i worked with making this point. Oh, and generally, we get paid very well too for a career you only need a high school diploma and common sense to do.

    1) start paying attention to any foods with fat in them (popcorn, pizza, anything with cheese, ice cream) and try to reduce intake of foods with fat or cooking oil/grease in them 2) start noticing calorie amounts on foods you eat. EXAMPLE: A store-bought can of corn costs 89cents, has 3.5 servings per can at 45 calories per serving, or just under 160 calories for the entire can. And you will feel full after eating 1/2 the can. 3) ride the bicycle. I worked up to 18 miles per day on my lunch hour - it takes only 1 hour, 17 minutes (and dropping all the time). I ride a full suspension mtnbike on pavement to go easy on the joints. *_You will have a great feeling_* - a sense of well-being, after getting all that blood flow 4) a secret to good health is blood flow; helps mental acuity, helps the white blood cells visit all parts of the body at a higher rate, and you feel better 5) And now the best part: EVERY-OTHER-DAY FASTING. Eat 25% or less food on your fasting day, and do that every other day. It's much easier than a 'stop eating' diet. You can stick to it, because you know you'll be eating the next day. EASY to stay motivated. One of the most important parts is, don't consume foods that have fat in them too much. Eat chicken and fish to get your protein. I keep Planters spanish peanuts always. Peanuts have some fat but they are protein and you don't need to eat too many as a small snack. And become aware of calorie count. Keep at it! The 'sluggish' feeling we get when blood flow is low and we're not exercising is quite difficult to contend with, during the day when we need to do our best 'thought' work.
