i have no idea why anyone would want to live in dumbo with all those annoying ass people, tourists, and that loud ass bridge right on top of them thats like 10x as loud as a normal elevated train line AND CARRIES 71 TRAINS PER HOUR. ofc its great when youre on a train on the bridge but i sure wouldnt want to live under it not to mention how god fucking awful york street is as a station especially with all those damn tourists

i live near the F and G and in order to get to damn near ANY TRAIN in brooklyn (2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q) you have to take the R train 1-2 stops or do worse things (like going into manhattan or the franklin shuttle or the livonia/junius free transfer or going to coney island) so the R hatred is so real 😭
