I was just reflecting on this concert so i started to look for footage. I remember the end so vividly and it's always stuck with me because i was so shocked! Not knowing much about this band, I thought this was the lead singer's standard performance and now i see from the comments it was not. I actually remember thinking at the time that it was sad that a crowd (mostly younger than me) would worship a band like that. Like, VERY poor example for the youth! But NOW my heart hurts for what that man was going through. I hope all these years later he is in a better place! I eventually became a fan once they released "Somebody Else". That song is poetically tragic in such a good way!

she was crying because of 2 reasons here. she was crying because this song is about Liam and at the time they had just broken up before this tour, and second she was crying because Floyd passed away. that dog was her best friend she raised him from a tiny puppy

I remember him at the O2 being really drunk and just off his face on whatever drug he'd taken. I remember thinking it was all part of the aesthetic. Fast forward to when I saw him last year, and I realise just how better he's doing. He was happy and laughing and dancing around the stage and SO full of energy. I get upset looking back at these clips..

looking back at this from 2019 and remembering when i first got into these boys 3 years ago is so amazing. Seeing how well they're doing now and how Matty has sobered up and is so much healthier now. I'm so in love with this band and their music and it makes me so happy knowing they're doing so much better now than how they were during this performance.
