Classic lighting still looks off at 9am-1pm during sunny. The blue is really over saturated and dark.

The fact that this game has "definitive" in the name completely ruins it, because it's obvious that it will never be the definitive edition of this trilogy

In Vice City Stories the lighting was almost on the same level as San Andreas. Just bright super nice colors in the evenings 🤩😊

I stick to the original trilogy. I bought the upscaled HD PS2 versions back in December 2015 and I love them. Just pure original nostalgia from my childhood ❤️

The camera on GTA3 and VC badly need to be fixed. Great point about the engine damage smoke aswell.

I knew something was off about the smoke because these cars kept exploding without even give me a warning as to when they took critical damage

The GTA Trilogy DE is one of Rockstar’s biggest disasters. I’ve never seen them under this amount of damage control. Usually they’re just about perfect with every release. With this release, it’s like they didn’t even care. Very unbecoming of them.

Crazy how bad they screwed so many parts of the game up, literally all they had to do was CTRL C + CTRL V and improve the graphics a bit

ROCKSTAR all I want for Christmas is for you to fix this game as best as you can and of course restore Tommy’s face and body to its former glory. 🎄🎁

I'll like to add that with this new patch water texture is thicker now & you can't see shipwrecks & a submarine anymore.

Not that it matters to anyone but, the Stallion's wheels are still wrong in VC and it annoys me deeply. lol. They messed up 3's Stallion also with it's roof not being a texture and the headlights are still messed up. It's a GTA vehicle staple. and still NO reverse lights in either 3 or VC

I just dont like the game texturally, looks so pasty and flat idk.

If more patches are coming (which is still questionable), i wish someone who's in charge of it would see this video.

Man true story, when I played gta 3 and vice city as a child I thought Claude and Tommy were the same guy and then it clicked when I played SA...everyone complaining about the remaster cuz it sucks (rightfully so) and I just barely bought it because I didnt want to reexperience my favorite games completely broken. So happy they are finally fixing things gradually but this shows dont buy into hype on any new game. Quality is a thing of the past and these gaming companies know it.

to be honest, im scared to even request for anything else to be fixed, i think this is their greatest update of all time, though i agree theres many things that need to be fixed, theres just so many times where i have parked my car and enjoyed the view, mesmerized by so many great graphics in many areas of the game, its not perfect, but im afraid they will remove something i like, as a sacrifice to make way for another asset, if they do make another update, hopefully they just add more to it, all i want them to update is the smoke damage on vehicles, palm tree varieties like the original and smoke like bullet streaks like the original to tell where the bullets are coming from, thats it, and if theyre generous get some of the licensing sorted out and add more original tracks, heck, add some new 80s tracks i wouldnt mind, if thats the last resort.

other missing detail : smaller blood stains when shooting/hitting a npc with a weapon or bare hands. This game is far from defenitive.

I love the attitude. No reason to be sweet with these greedy mofos when we know they sit there and think "eh, fuck em" when choosing not to fix things. Or choosing to wait 3 years. And still doing limpdick ah job. I downloaded III and SA on my switch and it still looks and plays like a dirty foot

They just should hire the guy who did RE:3 and RE:VC If he's even willing to work for them after they copyright-striked his project to oblivion

The mouse vertical sensitivity in San Andreas needs a fix, it works like an analogue stick and they should disable auto centering with mouse.

some of these are legit, others are kinda nitpicky.

Maybe in another 10 years they will finally fix all the mentioned issues.

They should've used the og xbox versions models instead of remaking them Tommy doesn't wear adidas shoes anymore

The game is not 100% fixed, but Video Game Deluxe did a GREAT job, one more patch and this game will be fantastic. I believe in VGD! 🔥❤️

These remaster are the anti-RDR2. While one is perfectly coherent graphically those ‘remasters’ are all over the place. Wrong models paired with wrong textures, wrong lighting, it’s a mess really. They should would synergistically. I much prefer to play the original, way more immersive for now

I think a youtuber called Badinfos found 505 bugs and only some of them got fixed They even removed some buggy trees even though they were normal in the original
